Melanie Knox
Alden Roofing - Restoration Builders
Melanie Knox holds the position of Texas Area Director for Restoration Builders, Inc. She founded Alden Roofing, now a Restoration Builders Company, in 2008 in partnership with her family and her husband, Josh Knox.
She serves on the board of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, is the President of the Central Texas Roofing Contractors Association, and has 17 years of administrative and management experience in both the construction and legal fields.
Melanie’s specialized knowledge allows her to skillfully manage operations for the Texas companies of Restoration Builders, Inc.

ASAP Roofing - K Socialized Media
Leeann Koppel is one of the founders of ASAP Roofing as well as the founder of K-Socialized, a media marketing firm both based out of Tyler, TX.
Originally from Los Angeles, Leeann and her husband Klint moved to Texas with their children to fulfill their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs. After years of hard work and dedication, ASAP Roofing has grown into a powerhouse in the roofing space, with branched across the nation. K-Socialized has successfully branded other companies in several industries. Leeann has gained an abundance of knowledge and a passion to help other by sharing what she has learned on her professional journey.
She takes pride in being a full time mother to four, an active member in her community, and is always looking to improve small businesses around the country!

Maggie Ballew
Cornerstone Construction - Roofing Community
Maggie Ballew along with her husband Hunter owns and operates Cornerstone Construction out of Greenville, SC.
Maggie has been involved in the business since day one of Cornerstone’s inception. Her fingerprints are on just about every department of Cornerstone, including handling business administration and most recently working with their dynamic community outreach division which recently funded local high school proms that were canceled due to Covid.
Maggie has been instrumental in the development of a community-focused nonprofit, called CC Kids Alliance where they invest back in local youth.
Cornerstone Construction has grown to operate in multiple states, and has joined the 8 figure contractor club in 2020!
Another big part of their business has been the introduction of RoofCON which has quickly become a leading conference in the roofing industry.
They recently welcomed their firstborn, Turner, and are raising him in the business as well!

Tracie Heine
Elbert Construction - Restoration Builders
Tracy Heine is a residential Team Lead with Elbert Construction, now a Restoration Builders Company. Tracy joined Elbert in 2018 having over ten years of sales experience in roles with both B2B and B2C companies outside of the construction industry. Tracy was awarded senior salesperson status last year, with over one million dollars in sales.
Tracy knows she has much to learn about the roofing industry. She is extremely grateful for the generosity and support of the experienced team at Elbert. Thus far, Tracy has enjoyed the challenges of continuously learning and hopes to learn more about sustainable building practices, including utilizing renewable resources.
Tracy is a former small business owner. She holds a bachelor's degree in environmental policy and psychology from Middlebury College.
